Just thought I'd drop a line and let everyone know I'm alive. =)


Since I have nothing intellegent to write, I'll leave you with this long thought.


Star Trek.


Notice how in their universe, all the different specices and what not have their own religions. The klingons have their Storvakor,
the Feriengi have their "Divine Treasurey", Bajorns have the Prophets..

But they never talk about human religion. They can talk about all the great social issues of our time, such as rasism...but they can't talk about human religion. But I guess you can only take sci fi so far; They already are trying to make you believe racism is no longer an issue; that sexism has long ago been banished, and women hold positions of power; an to then try and tell you that there really is a God..


So, now that I've said all that..

Let me talk to you about Q.
Q, the omni-potent being that showed up throughout the series to pester the human race. Eons old, can do anything by snapping his finger, always appeared in human form, bored with the universe because he's seen it all.. That my friends, I think is an excellent version of what they think God really is.
